Gallo Park, 73 West Strand St. Hear how immigrants and entrepreneurs developed a thriving maritime village along the terminus for the Delaware and Hudson Canal. View the rich legacy of commercial buildings, cast-iron storefronts, homes and churches built by the immigrant community. Some uphill walking is involved. A brochure of the Stockade District Walking Tour is available at the Friends of Historic Kingston Gallery and at many local businesses.
