About Kingston
In Kingston — New York’s first state capital — history collides with the modern day to create an interesting and hip destination.
In the fall of 2019 a group of Kingston Waterfront Business Association members came together to talk about what the waterfront was missing. One glaring need was for access to fresh and wholesome groceries and prepared goods. There is not a single grocery store or market that focuses on fresh foods within several miles of the waterfront area. In addition to downtown Kingston this includes Port Ewen, Connelly, St. Remy, and parts of Esopus. There is also a significant amount of transient boating traffic that stay overnight in our local Marinas. Every Sunday from 10am-2pm in TR Gallo Park.
Posh hotels, retro-inspired inns, tricked-out cabins and cozy B&Bs are just some of the lodging options.
