Karl Family Farms

Karl Family Farms is a small family farm in the shadows of the Shawangunk Mountains in Modena, NY (right outside of New Paltz). Their goal is to provide customers with the healthiest and highest quality, locally produced and humanely raised meats. Their animals spend their lives playing, grazing, and relaxing happily on pastures and in the woods while expressing their natural instincts. This means their pigs can roll in the mud while their chickens cluck away and the goats eat up a tree. Their cattle and sheep are exclusively grass-fed and their pasture-raised/free-range chickens, pigs, and turkeys receive produce and grain they get from right here in New York to supplement their foraging. Karl Family Farm believes that people should know where their food comes from and are happy to show their customers around our farm. Tours are by appointment; farm stand open daily
