About Highland Public Library

Since 1921 the Highland Public Library has been servings the residents of Lloyd and the Highland Central School District. Check out our website for calendar of events. These are free and open to residents. No cost to get a library card just need proof of residency. Hours: Monday and Friday, 10 a.m. - 5 p.m.; Tuesday and Thursday, 1 p.m. - 8 p.m.; Wednesday, 10 a.m. - 8 p.m. and Saturday, 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. The branch in Clintondale is open Tuesday, 10 a.m. - noon, Wednesday and Thursday, 4 p.m. - 7 p.m.
