About Kingston
In Kingston — New York’s first state capital — history collides with the modern day to create an interesting and hip destination.
Since 2005, bluecashew has been curating a culinary lifestyle aesthetic in the Hudson Valley based as firmly in quality as in style. In recent years, the output from area farms and backyards has yielded an abundance of quality produce and wares that sustain both the lives and lifestyles of those around. With our move across the river to Kingston and the addition of a demonstration kitchen, we strive to provide our community with not only the tools, but also access to knowledge to make the most (and best) of our surrounding bounty.
Our kitchen is a place where immersive opportunities to learn, teach and share knowledge form the backbone of a community focused on expressing itself, and its love, through the food that it grows and confidently prepares.Monday: 11am to 6pmTuesday: CLOSEDWednesday: CLOSEDThursday: 11am to 6pmFriday: 11am to 6pmSaturday: 11am to 6pmSunday: 12pm to 5pm
