Trailblazing Catskills hospitality company Foster Supply Hospitality is expanding into Ulster County for the first time, bringing its acclaimed approach to mountain hospitality to the Belleayre corridor with the addition of Belleayre Lodge and the historic Pine Hill Arms in Pine Hill, New York. Belleayre Lodge is currently undergoing a thoughtful refresh and will officially reopen in October 2026, welcoming guests for fall foliage, ski season, and year-round mountain adventures.

As part of the expanded Belleayre Lodge campus, Foster Supply Hospitality is also restoring the historic Pine Hill Arms. The landmark property will initially reopen as a restaurant serving both Belleayre Lodge guests and the broader Pine Hill community, with additional guest accommodations to be added in future phases, further expanding the Belleayre Lodge experience.
