Silvia is a farm to table dining experience that connects food and people with back to basic cooking. Their process is honest, sustainable and inspiring. An open kitchen with a wood fired grill and organic vegetable-centric pantry, reflect the commitment to GMO-free, locally sourced ingredients, sustainable farming and cruelty-free practices. Open for dinner Sunday through Thursday, 4 p.m. – 9 p.m.; Friday and Saturday, 4 p.m. – 10 p.m.
