The Idea
ON NEW YEAR'S EVE 2020, WE HAD AN IDEA. WHAT IF WE COULD PUT PIZZA INSIDE A BAGEL?
The first bagel didn't quite work, but after months of experimenting, tinkering, flavor profiling, and devouring, we finally cracked it.
Word spread quickly, and soon everyone in Woodstock wanted to try a stuffed bagel. Within weeks, what started out as a passion project soon evolved into a bonafide bagel business
