About Hudson House Distillery
The Hudson House New York is a destination experience like no other and the first of its kind in the region. A craft distillery in the cellar of a former monastery, event space and soon-to-be-boutique hotel located in the heart of the Hudson Valley. Situated on an iconic 27-acre waterfront property enabling both land and water access, The Hudson House is home to a one-of-a-kind farm distillery, producing ultra premium, limited batch spirits.
The Kitchen at Hudson House is open Wednesday-Sunday.
Wednesday: 5pm to 9pm (Trivia from 6pm to 8pm)
Thursday: 4pm to 9pm (Bougie Bingo from 6pm to 8pm)
Friday (Lunch & Dinner): 1pm to 9pm (Happy Hour from 1pm to 6pm)
Saturday: 11am to 11pm (Brunch from 11am to 3pm)
