It’s sure to be a cake competition that is as sweet as…well, not pie. This baking competition features ten amateur bakers from Ulster County, presenting homemade cakes baked from scratch and based on cookbooks from the Mid-Hudson Library system. Everyone is invited to join the three professional bakers serving as judges to taste the cakes, and cast your vote in the People’s Choice Award category! Public tasting begins at noon.
