MyKingstonKids Halloween Fest

Costumes, trick-or-treating, activities, carnival games, live performances, music, magic, dancing and so much more fun! A parade will kick off the event from Kings Plaza to Kingston’s YMCA on Broadway. Parade step-off at 2:00 PM. Event at the YMCA of Kingston & Ulster County at 3:00 PM.
