Tuthilltown Distillery will be hosting our 2nd Annual Februa-RYE and RYE Day, drawing focus on NYs favorite grain – rye.

Working with the NY Distiller’s Guild and NY rye product producers, we hope to grow the event year over year, transcending Rye Whiskey to include food and ag applications of rye – including Glynwood Center’s work in the agricultural area, bakeries such as Black Rooster Bread and it’s work in high rye content offerings, and even Sfoglini Pasta offering a rye pasta option.

All rye product producers are encouraged to focus on rye in February with a number of producers being hosted on site at the distillery 2/28 for visitors to sample and explore a small sample of what this amazing grain can do.
