10:00am stepoff at People’s Place in Kingston. Hosted by The Resource Center for Accessible Living, Ulster County’s Independent Living Center, along with Harambee as part of their 40th anniversary celebration. Parade will be followed by guest speakers and activities in the municipal lot across from Frank Guido’s Little Italy.
