About Twin Gables

Twin Gable, the newly remodeled boutique bed & breakfast, is located on the renowned Tinker Street in the heart of Woodstock, within easy walking distance of the Village Green and public transportation. Close to the local shops, theaters, numerous art galleries, picturesque hiking and biking trails, and some of the area’s best restaurants & nightlife.Originally a private residence built in the 1880s, Twin Gables was established as a boutique hotel in 1926 at the height of Woodstock’s first flowering as a Utopian artists’ community. Today, our guests enjoy uniquely designed, bright and airy rooms all with private en suite bathrooms. The experience is enhanced by daily continental breakfast of fresh fruits, locally sourced baked goods, complimentary 24-hour tea & coffee bar in the parlor; each room features locally made soaps, hand-selected artwork and furnishings.
Our newly renovated Wellness Terrace is a seasonal rooftop space for guests. Enjoy your daily yoga practice, salute the sun, sip your morning coffee or watch the sunset with a Mountain View.
You’ll enjoy your stay in this historic Hudson Valley landmark.
