About Shaupeneak Ridge

There are 936 acres of mountain forest featuring Louisa Pond, a waterfall, five and a half miles of trails and views of the Hudson River and Catskills. Great hiking and mountain biking. This park can be used by educators as an outdoor classroom. Great place for children to learn about ecology and environmental ethics. Year-round, dawn to dusk.
