AutoCamp Catskills (Saugerties, about two hours from NYC) hosts its inaugural Fall Feast, a three-course, family-style dinner cooked over an open fire by Tasmania-born chef and cookbook author Sarah Glover of The Wild Kitchen Global. Dinner features seasonal, locally sourced fare, and Glover leads an interactive live-fire cooking demonstration. Guests share long tables outdoors under the stars with heat lamps and blankets, enjoy complimentary beer and wine, and finish the night at a s’mores bar.

Attendees must book a stay on-site through November 13 to 15 to attend. Seating is limited, and guests must be 21+.
