To kick off the exhibit\, an opening reception is scheduled for Friday evening July 10 from 6:00–8:00 p.m.\, and a talk with curators Deborah Heppner\, Karen King\, JoAnn Margolis\, and Janine Mower will be presented on Saturday July 11 at 4:00 p.m. Admission to all events and the exhibit is free. The new exhibit traces the story of Woodstock’s journey during the Revolutionary period from the wilderness years to its creation as a town in 1787\, and its early years as a new town in a new nation.
