The Rosendale Street Festival is a family-friendly, not-for-profit grassroots organization that was started in 1978 to showcase local talent and celebrate the birthday of Rosendale icon Uncle Willy. The two-day event closes down Main Street and features parades, kids crafts, film festivals, 80-plus bands playing across seven different stages, and more than 100 of the best vendors in the Hudson Valley.
