ASK Celebrates Pride Month with Three FREE Events on June 5th
The Arts Society of Kingston (ASK) kicks off Pride Month with a triple event celebration on Thursday, June 5:
BIG BOLD PRIDE Show – A juried exhibition showcasing LGBTQIA+ artists and allies, curated by Lindsey Wolkowicz, Jacinta Bunnell, and Micah Fornari. Opening reception at 6:30 PM with light fare and community celebration. On view through June 25.
“Living Queer” by Faith Bugman – A debut solo exhibition by multidisciplinary artist Faith Bugman, exploring queer identity and legacy through mixed media. Opens alongside Big Bold Pride and runs through June 29.
Rondout Pride Stroll – At 7:30 PM, ASK leads a spirited Pride procession down Broadway and across the Wurt’s Street Bridge. Local businesses will stay open late with Pride-themed specials and displays.
